Infusion : Pour boiling water on the leaves and let brew for 2 and 15 minutes depending on your taste then filter.
Decoction : Plunge the leaves into the cold water. Let it boil 15 to 30 minutes then filter.
Maceration : Keep in cold water during a couple hours in order to extract the active ingredients then filter.
Food preparation : Add to you coocked meals of fish, crudités, stews, sauces, ...
